    Description

    A very nice
    Antique Chinese Brass Export Teapot or Tea Kettle, exhibiting a unique Wood Grain Design etched or engraved into the outer surface. The interior is tin or zinc lined. The bottom is copper. The bottom is stamped with a maker's mark. It is circa Late 1800s or Early 1900s. The handle may or may not be original, but has been in place for at least 50 years and shows wear from extensive previous use.
    It would be comfortably at home within an environs featuring Asian collectables.
    This brass teapot is in very good condition for its age. Its surface has no dents, cracks or deep scratches. The interior lining is worn from use. See photos for actual condition.
    Dimensions of this brass teapot are: 8 3/4" tall (w handle up), 6 5/8" (w handle down) x 6.5” (spout to back) x 5” wide.
