HAND CARVED RECREATION
Of SCARLETT O'HARA'S MOURNING BROOCH
This huge brooch was hand carved in Italy by a master craftsman.
It is a custom  ONE-OF -A-KIND recreation of the over-sized cameo worn by  Vivien Leigh as Scarlett O'Hara with the Black Velvet Mourning dress.
The  original brooch belonged to costume designer Walter Plunkett's grandmother.
Brooch measures 3.5" x 2.5" .
It depicts Hebe with a flower garland in her hand riding on the eagle representing
Zeus
, with a
cherub
in the back. It has a STERLING SILVER with GOLD OVERLAY
border/frame and bezel.
It fastens with a safely clasp and also has an attached bezel
for wearing as a necklace pendant.
The bezel folds down when worn as a brooch.
It is a replica of the cameo worn by Vivien Leigh as Scarlett O'Hara in GWTW for the scenes from
Melanie's
death though Rhett's departure and "
Tomorrow
is Another Day
".
Brooch is  BRAND NEW carving with no damages to it.
