Exquisite Antique Painted Porcelain/Enamel Chinese Teapot-Qing Dynasty?

Exquisite Antique Painted Porcelain/Enamel Chinese Teapot or Warming Pot. Please see last pictures for mark. Note the finely crafted figural metal lid with snake top.
I’m not an expert in antique Chinese porcelain, so if I have made an error in anything contained here please let me know. The mark on the metal bottom looks similar to some Qing dynasty marks I’ve seen.
The porcelain pot appears in excellent condition. The detailed metal encasement does show some wear and 2 of the tiny green (jade?) frog eyes are missing. I’m not sure of the metal. This measures about 4” in width and about 6” in height.
