This is an excellent condition gentex 657 with onstar, autodim, and a 3.5" screen backup display. It comes with a donor 16 pin pigtail, but you will need some extra wiring adapters; depending on what car/truck you are adding this to. I can direct you to another great seller, copper_z71, who will have whatever adapter needed for the video cable. Backup cameras are available all over eBay, just depends which one you want to go with. I will gladly assist you with any questions you have about your application and even let you know what extras will be needed. These are great upgrades for any late model onstar mirror in GM cars/trucks that will add the backup camera. They can also be added to any vehicle, but will not add onstar to any vehicle not already equipped.
