Vintage Pottery Green/Brown Glaze Pair of Hippo Hippopotamus Figurines Sculpture

For your consideration a rare pair -Mom and Baby? -  of pottery / ceramic hippopotamus'  / hippopotami
Wonderfully made with white glazed teeth and yellow glazed eyes
Green glaze over brown pottery used to provide a slightly mottled and shaded coloration
The  larger one is about 3.5" long by 2" deep and 2" high, condition is good - some roughness around tail - I think it was made this way, but have a look and decide.
The smaller one is about 1.5" long , 1.5" deep and 1.5" high - excellent condition
Nice pottery hippos are hard to find - and very rare as a pair.
